  • 1 Handful of Curry Leaves
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil

Instructions:

Step 1 – Prepare the Dosa Batter

Rinse urad dal and rice together. Soak them along with fenugreek seeds in water for 6 hours or overnight.
Grind the soaked ingredients along with poha to a smooth batter. Ferment the batter overnight, adding salt.
